1. One-Time Setup Fees
All one-time setup fees associated with our service plans (e.g., AI Employee Plans, Smart Website Plans) are non-refundable. These fees cover initial onboarding, configuration, system integrations, and custom development work that begin immediately upon purchase.
2. Monthly Subscription Fees
GVAI services are billed on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled at any time. However: Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused time. To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days before the renewal date. If you are unsatisfied with your service during the first 14 days of a new subscription, you may contact our support team to request a review for a partial refund, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

GVAI is not liable for business decisions, financial loss, or reputational damage resulting from AI-generated content or automation errors.
It is the user’s responsibility to monitor and review critical AI interactions that may impact customers or operations. GVAI will work diligently to correct any technical or behavioral issues in our AI systems upon notification. However, such instances do not constitute grounds for refunds unless a material service failure can be demonstrated.
5. Custom Projects and Consulting
Payments for custom development, consultation, or automation projects are non-refundable once the project has started. In cases where work has not yet begun, a partial refund may be issued, minus administrative and planning costs.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services immediately. We encourage all customers to reach out to our support team to resolve any billing concerns prior to involving your financial institution.
